1970s MCM Arkana Safari Lounge Chair
Safari sling chair designed by Maurice Burke for Arkana in the 70s. Made in the UK—a mid century classic!
Comfortable, solid construction, beautiful silhouette. Legs are black lacquered beechwood with tubular chrome/steel frame and a orange leatherette (naugahyde) seat. Its age shows—marks on the leatherette, chrome, and legs as pictured. Priced accordingly. Still a beautiful addition to any lounge, and much better quality and design than any modern chair you'll buy today.
